To suppress, hide, ignore or deny your fear is like blowing up the balloon (of fear), you will only make it bigger.
On the other hand, by grabbing, embracing, feeling, expressing, sharing or acknowledging your fear, you release the air from the balloon and naturally your fear floats away.

A marvelous relief to your body and mind.

Think of situations where you held on to your fear and feel what the consequences were for your body and mind. Go inside, listen to your inner voice and ask yourself what you can do differently next time your fear grabs you by the throat or chokes all your dreams.

Write this down and take a look at your notes as soon as fear is coming around the corner.
